TRAINING AND CONSULTING

Attorney Melissa Boge offers training courses and consulting related to software procurement and management. Melissa will work with you to personalize the content and make it applicable to your specific company's needs.

We offer the following training courses:

• Software Licensing, Services and Maintenance and ASP Contracts - Scalable course on software licensing, software services and maintenance. Intended audience is generally procurement team. The training session may be modified to specifically discuss and train participants on your specific form documents.  

• Procurement Team Training - Scalable course on general contracting principles, including risk allocation. The training session can be modified to specifically discuss your procurement documentation (for example, explaining standard terms and conditions).  

Training courses can occur as either one- or two-day events, or over a number of weeks (brown-bag lunch trainings). Training fee includes unlimited number of participants and may be taped for later use.
