Melissa Boge is an innovative business and intellectual property attorney and has extensive experience representing clients in a broad array of business transactions, including:
• Software and intellectual property licensing;
• Ecommerce contracts and advising, including privacy matters;
• Procurement and sales contracting;
• Mergers and acquisition negotiation and support (including transition support); and
• Business formation and advising.
Before founding Slate Legal Services in 2006, Melissa worked with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt PC and at Preston Gates & Ellis LLP (now Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP).
